Who We Are
SWEAT THEORY IS A BOUTIQUE TRAINING FACILITY, LOCATED ON MELBOURNE’S ICONIC CHAPEL STREET, SOUTH YARRA.
Drawing inspiration from the Health, Wellness and Fitness industry in Vancouver, Canada; Sweat Theory has arrived in Australia to share its knowledge and training systems with each and every member of the community, regardless of individual training history, level of fitness and/or ability.
What We Do
Our private training sessions (50 minutes) are designed for the client, with each program based on the client's goals, needs and abilities and progress the workouts in a safe way, to deliver and maintain results.
In our small group (between two and three participants) personal training sessions (50 minutes), our trainers will address all elements of functional training and provide progressive, safe and fun workouts.
All group training classes (50 minutes) are an extension of our Personal and Semi-Private Training and never exceed eight participants, and provide progressive, safe and fun workouts in a supportive setting.
